1. Aubrise doesn't see my Apple Watch data
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Aubrise, and make sure every data type you want interpreted is toggled on. Aubrise specifically reads: resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep analysis, blood oxygen, step count, active energy, exercise minutes.
If permissions are fine but you still see nothing, try: force-quit the app (swipe up from the app switcher), reopen, and wait a few seconds for HealthKit to reload.
2. The morning brief hasn't shown up
Aubrise uses a smart-wake push — it waits until your Apple Watch detects you've actually woken up. If you haven't worn your Watch to bed, Aubrise won't know when you're awake and will fall back to a default 7:00 AM push.
To check smart-wake is working: Me tab → Smart Morning → status card should say "监听中 · 最近触发时间 HH:MM" / "Listening · last triggered HH:MM".
3. How do I turn voice playback on or off?
Me tab → 晨间简报 / Morning Brief → toggle "语音播报 / Voice playback". It's off by default. When on, the brief will speak aloud when you open the app in the morning.
4. My subscription didn't activate
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and confirm Aubrise Premium is listed as active. If you see the subscription there but the app still shows the paywall, pull down to refresh in Me tab or force-quit and reopen.
If the issue persists, email hello@aubrise.com with your approximate purchase time — I'll help you sort it out.
5. How do I cancel?
iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Aubrise Premium → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. I don't have access to your payment details, so I can't refund you directly. But if Apple declines and you feel it's unfair, email me — I'll see what I can do.
7. Does my data ever leave my iPhone?
Only anonymized numeric summaries (e.g. "last night's sleep: 7h 20m, efficiency 84%") reach our server to generate the AI text. Raw readings, timestamps, device IDs — all stay on your iPhone. Full detail in the Privacy Policy: https://aubrise.com/privacy.
8. I found a bug / the AI said something weird / the translation is off
Please tell me! Email hello@aubrise.com with: - What you expected vs what happened - A screenshot if possible (but please redact anything personal) - Your iPhone model + iOS version (Settings → General → About)

9. Is Aubrise a medical device?
No. Aubrise is a wellness and information app. It won't diagnose anything or tell you you're at risk for anything. If a reading looks unusual, Aubrise will gently suggest you mention it to your GP — that's as far as it goes. For anything medical, please talk to a doctor.
